Primary Purpose
Applicable to three-phase power systems ranging from 10KV to 24kV, commonly found in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, etc. It is used for the reception and distribution of electrical energy, while also enabling control, protection and monitoring of circuits. It can also meet the requirements for starting large high-voltage motors, etc.
Key Structure
The cabinet body is divided into four independent compartments: circuit breaker drawer chamber, busbar chamber, cable chamber, and relay and instrument chamber. The outer shell is made of high-quality aluminized zinc sheet steel through CNC processing, and adopts an assembled structure, which is lightweight and has high mechanical strength. Pressure relief devices are installed above each compartment to release pressure in case of internal faults to ensure safety. The drawer can be divided into various types according to its purpose, and the same specifications can be freely interchangeable.
Core Performance
It is equipped with complete “five-prevention” locking functions, which can prevent the movement of the handcart with load, and prevent incorrect operations such as entering the energized compartments by mistake; the protection level of the enclosure reaches IP4X, and when the compartment door is open, it is IP2X; it can be matched with electric operation modules and intelligent components to achieve remote control and real-time monitoring of equipment status. Some models have a maximum seismic resistance level of AG5, capable of withstanding 31.5kA/1S internal fault arc.
Key Technical Parameters
The rated current ranges from 630A to 2500A in various specifications. The rated short-circuit breaking current is 20, 25, or 31.5 kA. The rated voltage of the auxiliary control circuit is 110/220V for both AC and DC. Common dimensions are 800×1810×2380mm or 1000×1810×2380mm, with weights ranging from 840 to 1440 kg.
