The Pre-assembled PVind Power (Hua-style) Substation is specifically designed to meet the growing demand for newenergy generation. It is dedicated equipment for connecting photovoltaic and wind power generation to the grid after steppingup the voltage using the transformer. The system includes a step-up transformer, high-voltage switches, low-voltage switches,internal wiring (such as cables and busbars), power transformers, and other auxiliary equipment. These components are housed
in a single outdoor integrated substation within a shared enclosure.The product structure combines the advantages of European and American designs and is specially developed as new-typevoltage boosting equipment to address the unique characteristics of wind power. It features strong integration, ease of installa-tion, a short construction period, low operational costs, high structural strength, strong corosion resistance, and environmentalprotection. This makes it ideal for harsh natural environments such as beaches, grasslands, and deserts. The product perfor-mance fully meets the operational requirements of photovoltaic and wind power plants.

The box transformer is divided into three sections: thehigh-voltage compartment, low-voltage compartment, andtransformer. The transformer’ s heat dissipation fins areinstalled in an open style, achieving fully natural ventilationfor cooling. All other energized sections are sealed withinindependent compartments. Each compartment is separatedby partitions and the cabinet is equipped with a lower accesshole, making installation and maintenance more convenient.
The oil level indicator, gas relay, pressure release, and other devices ofthe transtormer are exposed on the exterior allowing for easy and intuitive monitoring of the transfomer s operating condition.
Protection grade: The oil tank has an IP68 rating, the high and low voltage compartments have an IP54 rating, and the high-voltagecompartment door, when opened, has an IP3X rating.
Smart control The system supports intelligent control allowing both local control and remote monitoring, enabling the four remotefunctions (remote monitoring, remote control, remote signaling, and remote adjustment).
